Candidate Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift 15–20+ lbs daily and maintain an active, "ready-to-play" attitude.
  • Strong communication skills for daily interaction with parents and staff.
  • Reliable transportation and a consistent, dependable work ethic.
  • Must be CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification).
